Warm up

Begin the retrospective with a game of "Two Truths and a Lie". Ask each participant to privately think of two true statements and one false statement about themselves or their work. Then, have everyone share their statements (without revealing which one is the lie), and let the team members take turns guessing which statement is false.

Once everyone has shared and the correct answers have been revealed, proceed to the main activities of the retrospective.
