Warm up: The Intercepted Message

Kick off your mission with a quick team-building exercise:

1. Prepare the "Coded Message": Before the retro, the facilitator creates a short, relevant sentence (e.g., "Teamwork is our greatest asset," or "Adapt and overcome") and "encodes" it by jumbling some letters, replacing letters with numbers (A=4, E=3, S=5), or using simple symbols.
   • Example: "T34mw0rk 1s 0ur gr34t3st 4ss3t!"
2. Display the Message: Share the coded message on screen at the start of the video call.
3. Team Decode: Give the team 2-3 minutes to work together verbally to decode the message. The first agent to correctly decode it can announce it to the group.
4. Mission Start: Once decoded, it signals the official start of your retrospective mission!

This quick, collaborative puzzle helps get everyone engaged and thinking as a team.
