As your teams grow, managing your workspace becomes increasingly important. We've added some helpful updates to better organize your teams, along with new retro formats and pulse survey templates to explore.
🗃️ Archive Teams
Manage seasonal projects and inactive teams more efficiently by archiving them - keeping all your data safe while freeing up space in your plan to create new teams without additional costs.
What happens when you archive a team:
- All existing data is preserved and remains accessible
- Your team won't be able to create new retros or pulse surveys
- The team won't count towards your billing
- You can restore it whenever needed
How to Archive a Team:
- Navigate to your Dashboard as a team admin
- Select the team you want to archive from your team list
- Go to Team Settings and click "Archive this team"
- Confirm the action - your team data will be safely preserved
Note: Archived teams can be restored at any time, and all retrospective data remains accessible to team admins.
